Retro-Futuristic Registration
After diving into the conference goals and getting to know ASAE’s unique audience, we knew a retro-futuristic vibe was the perfect fit.
By tapping into a sense of nostalgia and wonder, we invited attendees to reconnect with a time when the future felt wide open—giving them permission to bring their curiosity, imagination, and younger selves along for the ride.
Layered Approach
To do justice to the retro aesthetic, we built a stylized 3D system that captured the look and feel of the era. With the system in place, we were able to easily iterate and expand into a full, versatile asset library.

We created a comprehensive design system and guidelines for our client to help them confidently use a wide range of assets across platforms.
With such a unique visual style, it was key to plan for versatility—covering everything from email banners and social posts to event materials and beyond.
