ASAE invited us to envision what it truly means to “Imagine the Possibilities” for their largest and most popular annual event, this time set against the sunny backdrop of Los Angeles, California. Recognizing the significance of the ask, our team dedicated several weeks to exploring and developing a range of creative concepts to bring that vision to life.
A spark of inspiration (fueled by a lovely museum stroll in Washington, DC) led us to a visual concept that nodded to the glamour of old Hollywood while looking boldly toward the future.
Crafting Flexible Systems
We created a streamlined template system that allowed us to rapidly produce new promotional materials with swift turnaround, ensuring client could highlight key speakers and event draws as soon as they were announced.
Star Charts for the Big Event
ASAE’s Annual Event brings together a variety of vendors creating dynamic content across multiple platforms, from stage design to wayfinding signage and marketing materials.
To keep everything aligned, we delivered a detailed style guide with clear creative direction for both imagery and text.
